Take a bowl add besan and adding 2 tbsp water gradually . Mix well make a creamy paste. Sieve the curd and add water as per required. Mix well , now added turmeric powder. Now curry mixture is ready to make sprouts curry
Heat ghee on high flame in a wok. On medium flame add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, asafoetodia & dry red chilly powder saute for 10 seconds. When it cracked mix ginger, saute for few seconds. Now mix curry mixture in it on low flame. Stir continuously till becomes a boil.
1 tsp both sprouts keep aside for garnishing.
Now add salt and both sprouts. Mix well and cook for 10 minutes on low flame till becomes little thick. Stirring it regularly after few intervals . Turn off the gas.
Now pour SPROUTS CURRY into serving bowl. Garnish with red chilly ghee, coriander leaves & sprouts.
Serve hot-hot SPROUTS CURRY with Chapati and Rice. Enjoy !!
